Richard J. (Rick) Whitesell currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director at Medipack Pharmacy. Rick studied at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy at UNC Chapel Hill, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy in 1986, and at Wake Forest University, where he earned a Masters in Business Administration in 1991. Over the course of his 32 year career, Rick has worked in multiple sectors of pharmacy including Hospital, Retail, Pharmaceutical Sales, and Long Term Care Pharmacy. Rick discovered his passion for Long Term Care Pharmacy in 1993 and he has been actively managing Long Term Care pharmacies ever since. While he takes great pride in being a successful businessperson, Rick's greatest love is taking care of his residents, his nursing facility customers, and his employees. Rick and his family currently reside in Advance, NC.

Sarah Weisner is the Director of Clinical Services for Medipack Pharmacy. Sarah is responsible for the oversight of Medipack’s Clinical Services, as well as any initiatives and collaborations between Medipack’s customers and our community partners. Sarah is also responsible for oversight of creating clinical programs and initiatives that will help improve the quality of care that Medipack, as well as their partners provides. She implements and monitors these clinical programs and initiatives to help improve quality and financial outcomes, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Sarah holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Campbell University and has been in the Long Term Care arena for almost 14 years as both a clinical consultant pharmacist and currently Director of Clinical Services. Sarah currently resides in Greensboro, NC.
